2011 BMW Models to Be Unveiled in NJ at Ultimate Driving Event

Circle BMW, one of the region’s leading BMW dealerships, today announced they will unveil an unprecedented array of new 2011 models at the BMW Ultimate Driving Event, including the all-new 5 Series and 740i Sedans, on Wednesday, June 23, 2010. Attendees will have a unique opportunity to get behind the wheel and test drive several new BMW vehicles, compare the ready power and agility of the all-new BMW 5 Series Sedan against the Mercedes-Benz E350, Audi A6 and Audi A4 and take a tour of Circle BMW’s state-of-the-art facility.

Circle BMW is holding the BMW Ultimate Driving Event in conjunction with BMW of North America’s summer cross-country tour. The United States importer of BMW luxury/performance vehicles is conducting a total of 10 tours throughout the country to introduce consumers to BMW’s new model offerings. Registered event attendees will receive an exclusive “Drive Off” allowance valued at $1,000 toward the purchase or lease of most BMW models.

The June 2010 launch in North America of the new 2011 BMW 550i and 2011 BMW 535i will be followed later in the year by the 528i. Completely redesigned, the sixth-generation 5-series comes exactly seven years after the launch of the current model.

New features include a lower and sleek exterior that is complemented by pronounced horizontal headlights and L-shaped taillights. The interior departs from the reduced aesthetics of the current model and moves to a richer look that is almost identical to the 5-series Gran Turismo and 7-Series.BMW xDrive — all-wheel drive — is an option, the 5 retains rear-wheel drive as standard.

Introducing the 2011 BMW Alpina B7 Sedan

The most dynamic 7 Series model yet, the new B7 promises to offer a spectrum of driving experiences generally unheard of in this class of automobiles. Yielding exquisite levels of power and torque from the twin-turbocharged 4.4 liter V8, and in conjunction with the electronically-adjustable suspension with active roll stabilization, the BMW 7 Series continues to raise the luxury benchmark.

The evolution of the traditional 20-spoke 21” Alpina Classic wheels underline the fresh design language found throughout the B7 and impart it a distinctive appearance and powerful stance.
